Type of Tally Account

• Personal account: Personal account includes the account of persons with whom the business deals. The person has classified the following ways.

• Real Account: These are accounts of assets or properties. The real account includes tangible assets and also intangible assets.

• Nominal Account: There are accounts for the Income and Expenditure account.

  खातो के प्रकार प्रायः 03 होते है

  1. व्यक्तिगत खाता

  2. वास्तविक खाता

  3. नाममात्र का खाता

  उक्त तीनो खातो का किसी भी टेली वर्ज़न के वाउचर में इनका उपयोग किया जाता है। अधिकतर वाउचर में ही इनका उपयोग किया जाता है क्योकि व्यवहार/ट्रांजेक्शन को टेली वाउचर में ही मेन्टेन किया जाता है। 

यदि इन तीनो खातो को आपने समझ लिया तो आप किसी भी वाउचर खातो के प्रकार को आसानी मेनेज कर सकते हो। जैसे आप टेली में यदि कॉर्पस फण्ड को मेनेज करना चाहते हो तो, आप व्यक्तिगत खाते का उपयोग करते हुए इस प्रकार इंट्री कर सकते हैः-

          Ex. :- Corpus Account Dr to Profit & Loss Account in Journal Voucher Entry

यदि कर्मचारियों के वेतन को मेनेज करना चाहते हो तो, आप वास्तविक खाते का उपयोग करते हुए इस प्रकार इंट्री कर सकते हैः-

Ex. :- Salary Account Dr to Cash Account

यदि बैंक से ब्याज प्राप्ति को मेनेज करना चाहते हो तो, आप नाममात्र के खाते का उपयोग करते हुए इस प्रकार इंट्री कर सकते हैः-

          Ex. :- Interest R/c Account Cr to Bank Account Dr.

Note:- कभी-कभी टेली में Dr & Cr के बजाय By & To का उपयोग भी किया जाता है जैसेः-

• Ex. :- Corpus Account By Profit & Loss Account in Journal Voucher Entry
• Ex. :- Salary Account By Cash Account in Payment Voucher Entry
• Ex. :- Interest R/c Account To Bank Account By.
